REFUNDS

📌Note: 

- Items that received more than 3 days are not eligible for a refund. 

- Items might need to be returned in original condition for the refund request. 

- Refund will be issued via customer's original payment method. 

- Full or Partial Refund depends on the circumstances. 

a. Change mind towards the purchase 

- Order cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

b. Damaged during delivery 

Customer should immediately contact us at selfsupplydotcom@gmail.com and provide the proof. We will issue the manual transfer to bank account as soon as possible after inspection.
