How can I ensure I am safely burning my candles?
- Always keep candles in room temperature, burn your candle within sight
- Trim candle's wick before you light up.
- Let your candle burns for at least 30 mins first time (metal tin candles), 5- 10 mins first time (decorative candles)
- Avoid putting in windy spot.
- Place candle on tray before you light it up.
What are the benefits of wood wick candles?
Wooden wicks provides clean burn, burn longer and slower, provide wider fragrance throw rapidly into the wax. With crackling ambiance, it has distinct crackling sound when burning. Our wicks are 100% wood, eco-friendly and sustainable.
Why does my candle top looks bumpy?
It is normal for soy candles to have cracks or rough tops after burning. This is another natural occurrence with soy wax. This occurs because the hot wax is cooling at different rates of speed.
I accidentally cut my wood wick too short and now it won’t light, what do I do?
If your candle lights for a short period of time, simply use a napkin to soak up the melted wax and it’ll go back to normal and can light up again. If your candle is not lighting at all, scrape off some of the wax around the wood and try lighting it again.
What can I do with my leftover wax/ tunnelling candle?
There is several methods to help with leftover wax. Our favourite method is:

Our candle are all designed for decorative and burning. It’s all scented and different colours, different scents. However, if you choose to light up, burn time may vary due to different shapes and sizes.

Is it normal that my candle has wax drips? How to remove it?
Wax drip is normal on every decorative candles. Once the wax has cooled, you can remove the wax drip from tray or candle holder.
